What a sweetheart she is! I love simple dishes the best, and this one looks delicious, like a close cousin of pasta e fagioli soup. It’s really special hearing someone share what she ate during the Depression; makes me feel grateful for the food I just brought home from the market. I’m going to peek at her other videos too.
