My family and I are taking a little trip to Sedona, Arizona for our Spring Break…I’ll make sure to do plenty of shopping while I’m out there…and hopefully find some indie lovelies to share when I return!
I love Rachel Austin‘s style…especially all the circle-y flowers she uses in her artwork. Very cool work. I’m a huge fan of buying original art…and it doesn’t have to be expensive either! Rachel’s original pieces start at $65…which is less than a poster at Z Gallerie…and WAY better {in my humble opinion}. She also has fantastic jewelry, journals {above, left}, notecards and buttons.
Find our more about Rachel on her blog…or her site {that has gorgeous watercolors}.
Vancouver based Flight Path uses a tattoo-like process to permanently color the leather on each of the pieces, resulting in some very cool pieces. I love the colors and unique graphics…and I’m WAY too chicken to get a real tattoo…these fantastic pieces suit me just fine!

Tees for your Tuesday! I’d like to share a few fun tee-shirt sites with you…
The first is Rotem Gear….I’ve “known” designer R. Jean Roth for years online…and have been a fan of her tees for years as well. I especially love her Jewish and Asian themed items…the boba tea is my new fave!. {And, for the record, I do feel a bit strange admitting that I have online “friends”…but she’s super nice!}:
The next brand is from Ex-Boyfriend Collection. My son is actually crazy about everything on their site…and in my shopping cart is the Goat Tee shirt…I think it’s hilarious. By the way, I feel old because cassette tapes are considered “retro”, but I like the graphic:
Last but not least are a couple of tees from Anomalous. Made by an adorable young couple…I love the edginess of their shirts…AND that a portion of each sale goes to a different charity, depending on the shirt!:
From Tel Aviv, AnaKim makes lovely jewelry! I especially love the little earrings with their organic shapes…and not-so-perfect circles. I think they’d be nice every day pieces…great for layering too!
