From across the pond, Betty Joy has some sweet little accessories, housewares and things. Everything is handmade from various designers and super cute! Oh, and she’ll ship from her little cottage in the north of England to you in the states!

I adore Kara Smith‘s scarves and bags. Her line is made using vintage, recycled and salvaged fabrics. The color and pattern combos she uses are so fresh and fun. I love the pocket detailing on her large bags…and the berry color on those sweet clutches!! All this goodness is a fantastic green way to go! Maybe the reason why I’m drawn to her items is because of her California roots?!

Good ‘ol Elmhurst, Illinois. Just when I get a bit homesick for the west coast…or when I long to live in a place with the fashion sensibilities of Firenze, I come back to yet another local find! Ellu is a line of handbags by local designer, Leslie Pozen. Her bags are not only super-cute, but are really well made with durable fabrics, strong stitching and nicely detailed hardware. Check out her new website!

I’ve totally switched over to cloth bags. The reason why I love Baggu bags so much is that I can keep one in my purse for the times that I forget by ginormous bags at home (I so VERY often forget). One of these bags holds 2-3 plastic grocery bags worth. Great colors too. Buy yourself a few!

One of my favorite gifts to give is an apron from Sommer Designs. I love Carrie Sommer’s fabric combinations…and they come wrapped in tissue and a flower. so sweet. She also has lovely lavender drawer liners, handbags and little accessories. Great fabrics, professional quality…perfect presents!
