I’m absolutely crazy about the jewelry from AntiGenre. I love the simple shapes, the oxidized sterling {some pieces even use recycled silver!}, and the beads she uses. Her designs are not the least bit frou frou. I think I have to have those earrings above {botom, left}. So cool! I’d wear them every day.
*Anti Genre is having a sale on New Year’s Day! Selected items in stock will be 20% off from the morning of the 1st through midnight. Woo hoo!
How beautiful is this jewelry from Bend, Oregon based Nashelle Jewelry?! The company was started by Heather, mother of two, and has grown into quite the successful business! {Her press page is impressive!}. She uses sterling silver and 14k gold fill in her pieces. So this is not run-of-the-mill, people. The bracelet {above, right} is my favorite. Gorgeous.
Anne Kiel, from Austin, Texas makes one of my current very favorite necklaces…the waterlily {above center}..it’s so so pretty! I love her simple, organic shapes. I typically buy one necklace, and then wear it every day until I just can’t take it anymore. Anne Kiel’s designs are perfect for that! So, let’s just say that I’m open to receiving gifts from her shop…in case you feel the need to buy me something sweet!
Coquito Designs not only has beautiful jewelry, but also has the sweetest story. Owner and designer Kristen Berge began Coquito with her mom years ago, and after her mom died suddenly in 2003, Kristen kept their business going…and makes jewelry in her honor {read more of her story here}. Heartwarming. I love the vintage beads and things she has in her Etsy shop too {like the red lucite hoops shown above…fab!}.
