Hi everyone! I took a little much-needed {and unintentional} blogging break…and it’s really nice to be back! June has been a little crazy: I’ve been to Oregon to visit my parents, to Thai Massage classes, had a visit from the in-laws, and have been driving my daughter to Chicago for two weeks to art camp at Lill Street Art Center {yikes}…which brings me to today’s post!

One of my daughter’s classes was a week long “metals” class from a fantastic teacher, Rebecca Zemans. Of course, I HAD to check out her site, and was totally impressed with her beautiful jewelry and metal sculpture…what a lucky girl to have such a talented teacher!

I think the little goods from Bitty Bambu are darling. These adorable kids clothes, pillowcases and burp-cloths are from Maui. I think her designs are really fresh…I love the colors and the simple designs she uses. Perfect for the little one in your life!

What kind of cuteness are the tees and plush from Belgium based Plush?!! Their little creatures have such great character. Their sizes run from 3-6 months all the way up to 6 years. So cute!

I love the photos too…aren’t those kids are adorable! Oh how much I’d have to pay to get my dishwater-blond to look that gorgeous…ha ha!

First, is the fabulous map jewelry from Sherry Truitt. I’m in love with the bracelet, and think it would be great to have one custom made with a favorite vacation spot, or hometown! And, Sherry is just as sweet as she can be!

Next, is the fabulously talented Rachel Culp and her shop Deep Blue C. Rachel is also a Southern California girl living in the Midwest…and has been sewing her funky clothes for over 20 years. Her list of rock star customers is extensive, too…I just love her jackets for kids…so sweet!!

Last, but not least are the shops Uncorked, and Polarity {owned by the same clever and creative momma}. The fantastic necklaces are made with repurposed and sustainably harvested cork as well as recycled steel. The packaging is fantastic too…I love her test-tubes!! She also has a really sweet blog called Olive Bites.

Pink Olive is a sweet boutique with a ton of great indie goods for little ones, as well as for grown-ups! Some of the brands they carry include BlaBla {monkey slippers},  Pink Chicken {dress}, Envirosax {floral bag}, 3 Sprouts {chicken towels}, Atsuyo et Akiko {baby shirts and footies}, Leather Zoo {owlie bookends}…oh, and Soapy Love {not pictured, but one of my favorites}, They have so many cute things, I had a hard time choosing my favorites for this post…

The tooth fairy kit by Office of the Tooth Fairy is the cutest thing ever! The certificate is letterpressed, and has the most adorable winged tooth insignia. It sure beats my ziplock bag of kids teeth that I {for whatever reason} tucked away until I could show my kids, and TOTALLY gross them out. EEW! Thanks to blogs “Oh Happy Day” and “Design Crush” for finding this!

I love the pillows and things at Tiny Decor. This stay-at-home-mom run shop offers modern designs and uses organic fabrics, bamboo filling and non-toxic inks in her line of goods {hurrah for being green!}. I especially love the big floor pillows. I’d love to stack up a few of those in our house…they look so cushy and I love the patterns. Tiny Decor also has shop with green nursery items…it’s really quite lovely! Check it out here.

Zooguu {by sweetest pea} is a site filled with adorable plush all handmade for you by Jen and Brian Gubicza. My very favorite is the little penguin. So so cute! Shh…don’t tell my niece…this will be part of her Christmas present! She also has a shop on Etsy.

I’m really excited to feature 3cd Kid Stuff! They are a Chicago based design firm with a new etsy shop filled with fun prints for kid’s rooms. I love the sketchy quality of their animals…filled with character. Adorable!!
